Never played it and it always looked kinda goofy to me but it's survival horror, I'd try it.

I think this was the last game I played on my 360.  Pretty great and I think people would love it if they gave it a shot.  I gave it a 6 based on the definitions but I think it's better than that.

I do own it, but I've not played it. Also I'd consider Deadly Premonition pretty "beaten path", we just have a very eclectic bunch here lol.

It is on my list of very long backlog games. Maybe next year I'll check it out, although I think I'm going to make next year a Switch year and play some of the lesser known titles.

I picked up a cheap copy of this at a local second-hand store based on all the quirky admiration the game has garnered on the Internet. There's that part of me that genuinely intends to play through this someday and then there's that other part of me that suspects it's one of those games that will eternally get shoved to the back of the line in favor of other, "flashier" games in my ever-expanding queue.
