Gloves | 12,270 Administrator ·
From Wikipedia: "Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon is a 2006 American mockumentary black comedy slasher film directed by Scott Glosserman. It stars Nathan Baesel, Angela Goethals, Scott Wilson, Zelda Rubenstein, and Robert Englund. A homage to the slasher genre, the film follows a journalist and her crew that are documenting an aspiring serial killer who models himself according to slasher film conventions. The film is shot as a documentary set in a world where the killers depicted in famous slasher films are historical figures. A journalist named Taylor Gentry and her two cameramen, Doug and Todd, document the preparations of Leslie Vernon as he prepares to join the ranks of other slasher villains." JamesRobot | 6,030 Events Team ·
I can't believe you've heard of this let alone actually seen it. It was good but haven't watched it since that era. I'd catch it again if it showed up on my streaming feed.

Sumez | 3,165
I've never even heard of it, and there's currently nothing compelling me to go out of my way to see it.
Reed Rothchild | 9,963 Editorials Team ·
Love it. Love Man Bites Dog too. This is a movie I've bought three times (DVD, Blu ray, the Scream Version from your trailer). Before Cabin in the Woods came along, this was the best deconstruction of horror.
