  1. Low budget? It's just more environmentally friendly.
  2. With a bit of math you could always just find the central point for circles on a globe every 200 miles and feed in the latlng value. The USPS API is free to use apparently, and if it provides similar information to the Canada Post API you could use that for your initial data gathering. You just have to create a matrix and get the data once, then iterate over it when making calls in future. Google Maps, last I checked, has some simple "Get X within Y Radius" features. Have you looks into the Maps API recently?
  3. Why not just centralize on city in that case? A list of cities is easy to obtain.
  4. I'm not sure, then, that I understand what you're trying to do here? Why not just literally use their website's search?
  5. Where are you intending to get that information?
  6. That is on the roadmap; we're likely to award higher storage tiers for sub tiers.
  7. That should definitely count against the grade, yeah. How much I can't say, but it needs to look pristine from all angles. Else it's simply not pristine. I'm sure they look at anything on the cart that could be construed as damage.
  8. I've made a list of the nice and the naughty and some of y'all gonna get yo limit decreased up in hya.
  9. In the meantime you should still be able to share images etc. if you use something like IMGUR to host, and copy-paste the link to the image here.
  10. If you're over 100%, I'd ask you to sit tight and let us sort out the best way forward. I'm working on moving stuff, so it may be a moot point and hopefully I can remove the restrictions. For now I'd avoid deleting stuff, and just be patient for now. I'm hoping to have another update later today.
  11. Cuz I'm a freeeeeeeeeak...
  12. @FireHazard51 This is bag milk at the store: Inside those bags is 3 smaller bags, which we put into a container for pouring:
  13. Regular... milk... price...?
  14. UPDATE: Files are currently being moved to a new storage system. If you notice some images not loading, give it time! There's a lot moving.
  15. I've numbered your statements/questions and will respond below: No, it's a per month thing. Agreed, and I'm working on alternatives. Understood re: "serious collector stuff", but in general I'd advise that there are far better services for image storage than a forum and would in general encourage you to store important images on services designed for that purpose. Image compressions is already in place. I don't believe I can do so, no. I will however, at least look into it. Remind me later if it seems I've forgotten (I likely will). Google sheets would be my suggested alternative. I'll note that it looks like the primary issue is videos, not images. As I say, compression is already happening. Consider all of this an ongoing and fluid thing. I'm, adjusting now to see what works. I've reached out to the service provider to see if my S3 configuration is set up properly; if I understand correctly all the images etc. SHOULD be going to an AWS S3 bucket, and thus not bump Invision to the next cost tier. However, the server space seems to be filling regardless, so I've reached out to them to confirm the situation. If you want to commit funds to increase server space the best way would be through a monthly subscription. That is the most stable way for us to see what we can/can't afford to commit to.
  16. Hey all! Long story short, it's as I expected - open the flood gates and unfortunately it will cost ye. Upping the file size limits and allowing users to just upload anything they want is on the brink of increasing the cost of running the site long-term. In order to nip it in the bud, there's going to be some changes to file uploads, including but not limited to the following: Max file size per post will be reduced Max files per account will be reduced You will be able to delete your files Only images will be allowed to be uploaded This will be it for now, but note that other similar sites tend to have even stricter policies - another forum I (used to) frequent doesn't actually allow uploads of any sort, you have to use IMGUR and the like. We MAY have to resort to that in the future, but for now I'm working to try and avoid that. THAT SAID - if you CAN use IMGUR to host your images and link to them instead of uploading here on VGS, that DOES help for the long term. Any questions feel free to ask! UPDATE: Files are currently being moved to a new storage system. If you notice some images not loading, give it time as there is a lot getting moved.
  17. Says the guy who's STILL decorated like it's Christmas. *roll eyes*
  18. The best ninja game on the NES is clearly Little Ninja Brothers, don't kid yourselves.
