  1. I'd personally consider both as "accessories", but I'm open to discussion on it. That said, along the same lines, maybe I could be convinced that Pokemon Box is similarly just an accessory - an addon to those specific games.
  2. TBH I'm not sure I personally care about combo packs; if you own Pokemon Sword and Shield separately I'm not gonna say you don't have all the Switch games just cuz you don't have the dual pack. Same goes for Metroid/WW. Pokemon Box though, I think I'll require it. It's a physical release that was sold at retail; it being a "game" or not is subjective IMO.
  3. Hey man don't go dragging good games into this.
  4. Fun, if people who like puzzle games are to be believed (they are not).
  5. That's a really good point/idea. I should hang some stuff up! Right now yeah it's feeling a little bit all function no flare. God I wish I had a neon Nintendo sign or something.
  6. I've been working slowly on making a little retro game corner in my bedroom, with a little (tiny - 8") JVC monitor and all of my consoles from PS2 back plugged into it. I've got it all hooked up nice with a switch that lets me have everything plugged in at once which is nice, and I have some speakers coming in (the monitor itself only has mono output). I was wondering - is there anything ELSE that I might be missing which could make the whole setup EVEN BETTER? I'm not sure off the top of my head what I'm even looking for here, so I'm putting the question out to you all. Beyond the basic setup of TV/monitor, speakers, and a switch to plug it all in at once - is there anything else that could make a retro gaming setup just that much more enjoyable?
  7. Lol this guy thinking I... 1) Have a car 2) Leave home, ever
  8. Yeah I'm pretty sure playing at home is more or less the only real option lol.
  9. If literally Nintendo comes to me and asks me to take em down I will.
  10. We could host em for sure. Toss me a PM so we can track discussion.
  11. Got an email, figured I'd share. Mother Russia Bleeds is a gory pixel-art beat-em-up. Here's a gameplay trailer for those interested:
  12. Oh no I was just kidding lol. I certainly don't agree with that chick in any way. I have no real issue with the idea of a $1 sub tier. It's not exactly hard to add (ignoring that we have custom art for each tier...). I'd be curious to see though roughly how many people would actually jump onto a $1 tier, compared to how many would bump down from the $5 tier. Keeping in mind that losing a $5 guy requires 4 more $1 guys to replace. Always open to suggestions, ideas, feedback, etc..
  13. I remember Oni Musha being the first time in my life that I got legit excited about graphics in games. It was the first that made me go "My god it's like real life!"
  14. Oh btw, AI: The Somnium Files... meh. Compared to the other games by the developer it's a pretty poor showing tbh. Doesn't pull you in at all IMO. The characters are super weak.
