  1. We've not really gone over those specifics, but I'm personally thinking it should be "own a version of each mainline game physically". In that case yes, the SE which has them all would count. I won't promise anything, but that's my personal thinking. Only concern there is we might have to make exceptions, cuz like where do we draw the line? The Mega Man collections on Switch for instance could potentially be instant cheap tickets to saying "I own every Mega Man game!". We'd probably have to say "excluding collections which include every game in a series" or something.
  2. The gameplay, primarily. I've never been big on any Bomberman.
  3. I was playing Bomberman but didn't like it.
  4. Pass on both. If it's not authentic I see no reason to own it at all, and would use an Everdrive instead.
  5. I updated it so they're sorted by Name now. Previously it was by ID. Feel free to keep the feedback coming; even if I don't do something right away I'm taking notes for future.
  6. It's possible to add an approval process yeah. Definitely something we'll do for future DBs, and I might turn it on for Retro Stores at some point. Right now it's all about ironing out the kinks, so thanks for reporting this, it's something we'll want to consider.
  7. I don't wanna seem biased and I may have had a drink or two tonight, but you guys in here playin' N64 games are my favorite.
  8. Mmmm not with the way it is at the moment, I'd have to add city as a separate entry field.
  9. I'm actually on vacation this week, so... possibly. As long as I don't accidentally spend the entire week playing Runescape of course.
  10. I always add new awards to myself so I can grab the images to update the Full List thread.
  11. We've added a few more Console Full Set Charms! Request em in the signup thread!
  12. Not really a collector, though I would specifically pick up a copy of Might and Magic 7 if one happened to be readily and easily available to me.
  13. Remind them to change the passwords and stuff for gvn, too. I, and thereby by extension Hogie, still have access. Neither of us is malicious in any way, to be sure, but they need to really get on top of nailing down exactly what they own, and getting a process in place for handling access. I've removed the passwords from my records, but they're all memorable passwords and easily memorized. Not very secure as is.
  14. Yeah so let's get out there and BEAT SOME FUCKIN GAMES! YEAH!
  15. One thing I'd like to point out, to yourself and those interested, is that GVN has no way at all currently to change/remove your personal data. I ran into this when I tried to change my email on it. You can't delete your account, and worse, you can't change your email or easily remove your data. Hogie built it this way, certainly, but they bought it and it's their responsibility now. (I have every confidence that if notified Hogie would have added functionality to support this) Unfortunately this is actually a big problem and GC could technically find themselves in deep water if it was reported to the proper authorities as it is in violation of the EU's data laws, specifically the "Right to erasure" (here: https://gdpr-info.eu/art-17-gdpr/). Other countries are adapting and have started enforcing similar rules, including the US and Canada. So realistically they will need to: A) Add the ability to delete your account and all related data B) Manually remove the data on request (and make it clear that this is an option) C) Take down the site or take on significant risk of being sued (I am not a lawyer)
  16. FYI, you can embed tweets on the forum by simply pasting in the url to the tweet itself, like so: This can help to drive points home far better by providing evidence in context.
  17. How you all haven't already found yourselves under a dictator sounds to be a miracle.
