Mostly the fact that I haven't played since it was relevant in the era. It's gotta have staying power if it's going to be a truly great game. I also have an attention span issue these days. Would I play it again? Sure. Would I put 30 or 50 plus hours into the game for a full experience? Not a chance. Let's just say, I've aged poorly.

Looking at the definitions, I ought to give it a 7. Averaging out an 8 (great game) and a 6 (might enjoy playing on occasion). Reed, feel free to adjust my vote for the rankings.

Guys, we already established that the appropriate acronym for the PlayStation is just P. Get with the times.

I came to accept the NES and SNES acronyms and I really don't care if they're prononced as "ness" or "sness." But it bugged me when the Nintendo Entertainment System stopped being THE Nintendo and became the NES. I feel like it started around the transition to the Nintendo 64 because in school you would still differentiate between the Nintendo and the Super. Then: "Hey, you want to come over and play Nintendo?" "Yup. You got Turtles II?" "Sure do!" Now: "Hey, you want to play some Nintendo?" "What, like the Switch?" "Naw man, old school Nintendo." "Oh, like the 64?" C'est la vie.

I actually really like 9 and 10. And I liked 8 back in the day. And I do like 11, it's just... different. 7 is really the only one that I generally dislike. I can't explain it other than it doesn't feel right when playing it.
