    Big THANKS to my Santa, @LutherDestroysTheGond. He went above and beyond with a copy of Blade Buster (top of my list), a CIB T2 NES , and Geometry Wars PS4. The Blade Buster retains the high score too. Banged out a quick score of 1,321,800 and confirmed the score retention after turning off the console. So rad!

    Yes you have to extract the mapper file from the zip file and place it in the POWERPAK folder. The file inside the zip should be called map30.map.

    Hated the game as a kid. I preferred Zelda II at the time and still didn't really "get" Zelda until Ocarina or maybe even Minish Cap. Now I can see the core formula at work in The Legend of Zelda and appreciate it. I didn't beat LoZ on my own until the beginning of this year. It's not my favorite Zelda but I do really like it. And it's probably the game that I've had the most growth with over the greatest period of time. I give it a 9. Everyone should play it.

    I am not sure what mapper this is but it's likely 30 or 111.     It's def the 8bitdo. SMB Xmas '22 is unplayable due to the lag. My first run was with the N30 and I noticed immediately.
