    I think Terminator is a better comparison than Die Hard in that regard. Terminator is the better horror movie and T2 is a straight action popcorn flick.

    I can't really choose. Kinda like the first two Die Hards. They're both perfect. Gun to my head, I'd say Alien. I still remember my first watch. Not really knowing what to expect, the atmosphere and tension were exquisite. With Aliens, you already have an idea of what to expect going into it. Not that Aliens doesn't exceed in every way, but the experience is ever so slightly contaminated by preconception.

    I didn't have a new console after the Genesis until I got a PS2 and by then I was pretty much just buying games. So probably Road Rash 2 or 3? '95 at the latest.

    Ah but this thread is purely about personal preference. Merely being technically "the best" doesn't cut the muster. Although certain titles I have a hard time separating historical significance from my experience of a game. Sometimes you just had to be there.

    I gave it an 8 but I haven't played it in years. Truly unique. For some reason, Kid Icarus eluded me for a while and when I finally came across a copy it was $15. I gladly paid but it was pretty steep at the time.

    Wasn't even gonna bother posting, but this sandwich ended up being so damn good. Toasted ham, havarti and swiss with mayo, fresh jalapeno, onion and avocado. The peppers were nice and hot too. Some of the best I've ever had from my King Soopers.
