You can complain about artificial scarcity all you want, but without it, none of these games would be available in physical form. Doug and LRG can act like they are providing a service to the community because they ARE providing a service to the community. Their customer service is far greater than most companies their size.

Thanks all. for what it's worth, my lack of recent posting at NA, and the fact that it took so long for me to sign up over here is more related to changes to my personal life that give me less free time to browse forums. The fact that it happened around the same time as NA's demise is purely coincidental. Hopefully, I can eventually get back to being more active here.

I'm here too. Same username from NA. Kind of sad that it's come to this. Hopefully this site can keep up with what NA used to be. I guess time will tell.
