Game Boy DMG US console box revisions/variants

Hello everyone, I recently added a DMG-GBTR-USA-2 box to my collection. Now, I’m looking to find a Game Boy and the Tetris game to complete the set. Could anyone kindly let me know the serial number printed on the back of the Game Boy that corresponds to this box version? If possible, I would also appreciate details on the Tetris game that came with this set. Thank you very much!
