I totally agree, 20 just seems really old. Maybe not terrifying, but it is quite sad in the sense that you aren't a child anymore and you have to fend for yourself. Is college all that it is hyped up to be? I'm interested in just how much of a change it is and exactly how much freedom you have.
College is ultimately what you make of it. I grew up in a bit of a bubble because my parents were pretty strict. So when I got to college and I wasn’t under their supervision, it was fun to explore. My only regrets were that I didn’t explore more and that I wasted freshman year trying to adjust to the culture shock of a new environment and not realizing I had initially surrounded myself with toxic people. I wasn’t the party every night doing keg stands type, but I explored my new city, stayed up late chatting with people in my dorm, and had fun with all kinds of classes because my concentration and core requirements afforded me a lot of electives.
Do you have any specific questions about college?

Happy birthday @ecmyers! I've been enjoying your streams when I'm able to catch them!

I would have loved an NES sequel to Maniac Mansion, maybe someone could port Day of the Tentacle...?
Also as much as it’s the bane of @KHAN Games’ existence, I would have liked another Dick Tracy mystery solving detective-style beat ‘em up

I’ve had great luck with my WTB thread without bounties. Several great people have come to me and we’ve worked out deals that I think left everyone happy.
I wonder sometimes if a bounty might help shake loose some of the harder to find items, but like what’s already been said, I worry that I’m setting a floor that allows others to come in and offer more.
-
I was talking to @Foochie776 in another thread about this and wanted to ask the wider community: does announcing a bounty for a game generally work better than a regular ol’ WTB post?
More importantly, there are different facets of what “work better” can mean:
-does a bounty more effectively shake a game loose?
-does a bounty undermine the opportunity to haggle or get a deal from a seller who might have sold you the same game at a lower price had you not announced a higher bounty?
-does it stir up competition from other collectors now that your bounty has made your presence known?
-
I don’t want to de-rail the charms thread, so I’m going to start a thread over in collections to continue the conversation, but I think this is a fun topic
-
Would you say that bounties are generally more effective than a general WTB post?

I guess it’s in case you weren’t sure Guinness was getting desperate for relevance.

That site seems to present a full on ST3 game but it runs in Windows unless I missed something or read it wrong.
Maybe you found something I didn’t, the most I could play was wandering around in the overworld and maybe enter Coralcola but nobody talks to you.

I couldn't care less for Smash Bros, but StarTropics 3? Yes thanks. And hopefully more like ST1 than ST2.
There was a guy making a hack that would have been a cool ST3 in the mold of the original, but he hasn’t posted updates in awhile.

I was hoping to chip away at my PS1 wishlist while focusing on expensive Sega CD and Saturn games before their prices went even higher, but I guess I waited too long on the PS1 stuff. It is what it is though, I couldn’t have afforded to just swarm eBay and grab all the cheaper items before it was too late. I’ll just keep chugging along patiently and hope it doesn’t get too too bad.

Several updates from the eBay store of tiberiyltim: Double Symbol is not longer available, but he has added Mega Casanova, Racer, and Smiley & Smiley to his store. At the moment he is offering bundles of Mega Casanova with either Racer or Smiley & Smiley, and Smiley & Smiley is listed as available on its own.

Added Where is my body for the GB. This was a tricky one, it is currently live on Kickstarter but unless it receives $13k in the next few hours, it will not meet its goal. The dev continues to work on it, so I think the best place to put it for now is in the in-development category.
I look forward to more updates, thanks yet again to @Deadeye for the tip on Greenboy Games. The dev has other games on the site, but it is unclear if they are available but temporarily out of stock, or are about to be released, so I will wait for confirmation one way or the other before adding them to either list.

Cool! Thank you so much. I have to confess something though, I did use some performance enhancing substance...
Powdered donkey semen? Nah that’s allowed.

Now that it's available, I've added The Cult of Remute chiptune album for SNES/Super Famicom.

Moved The Cult of Remute chiptune album to the Almanac, and updated e-mail contact for Project Blue physical version.
